Martyn’s career has spanned an incredible 43 years. In the 80’s Martyn was based in Leeds and Manchester and says, “It was a unique training ground for me, the best Sassoon education.” European shows and seminars followed together with his involvement in fashion weeks, building his knowledge of this specialised field.
In 88 he moved to Toronto, where he had the honour to accompany Vidal himself as his personal stylist on significant global brand launches.
97 saw Martyn move to Boston and then to New York City in 2000 where he is currently Senior Creative Director.
