As Creative Director of Sassoon Berlin, Niels is responsible for training apprentices, trainees and industry colleagues alike, working on shows, seminars and teaching people from around the globe. He believes that it is this work that shows just how much Vidal´s original “Wash and Wear” philosophy is still relevant today.
He places great value on his role, developing people, teaching at Berlin’s hairstylists’ guild and working to optimize the salon’s operations. These are as important to Niels, as are consulting and caring for guests as well as being current with the latest in music, photography, art, architecture and design.
