As North American Colour Director, Richie is responsible for nurturing the colour team in North America. His passion for teaching comes from his salon experience and effective knowledge of the Sassoon legacy.
Having this expertise has taken Richie to Europe, Asia and South America and his contributions to Sassoon Connect, Sassoon online and Sassoon seasonal collections have inspired colourists globally.
Over his years with Sassoon, Richie has gained a reputation as an esteemed educator, with a gift for captivating his audiences. Additionally, his talent behind the chair has led to fiercely dedicated clientele in Boston, where he continues to see clients on a regular basis.
